This notice is a draft and has not been reviewed by counsel.

This notice describes what this website collects about you and why. The controller is the firm named on the contact page. It does not cover the Run Audit product, which is governed by the agreement between the firm and its customers.

What this site collects

The site is a set of static pages served from a content delivery network. Viewing it stores no account, profile, or tracking record. The network keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time, and browser type) for security and operation, retained for [to be confirmed] days. We use no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking.

The contact form

When the contact form is enabled, the fields you type (name, email address, and message) are sent to the firm’s mailbox so that we can reply; the site stores them nowhere else. The mailbox provider is [to be confirmed]. Until then the contact page shows an email address, and what you send to it is handled as ordinary email.

Lawful basis and retention

Contact messages are processed on the basis of your request to be contacted and kept for [to be confirmed] months after we answer. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for it to be transferred. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland. Write to the address on the contact page or to [to be confirmed].
